Return and Refund

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. The delivery date is based on the carrier’s first recorded delivery attempt. For packages delivered to a locker or pickup point, the date is based on the system’s first recorded deposit.

2. Valid Return Scenarios & Terms

Zuvi offers a 30-Day No Questions Asked Return Policy.

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery for any reason, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The product is returned with all major components originally included in the package.

  • The product has not been intentionally damaged, abused, misused, altered, or modified.

  • To qualify for a return, Color and Base cartridges must contain at least 50% of their original contents. Zuvi may request photographs or other reasonable evidence to verify the remaining cartridge level before approving a return.

  • Zuvi will provide a prepaid return shipping label for all approved return requests. Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Zuvi is unable to provide return service under any of the following circumstances:

  • The return request is submitted more than 30 calendar days after the recorded delivery date.

  • Color or Base cartridges contain less than 50% of their original contents, unless a manufacturing defect has been confirmed by Zuvi.

  • Products purchased through clearance sales, final-sale programs, limited-time promotional events, special-discount campaigns, bundle liquidation programs, or any other offer explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

  • Promotional gifts, free items, giveaway products, or other non-sale items.

  • The received return has missing accessories, cartridges, cables, manuals, packaging materials, or any items originally included with the product.

  • The product’s condition has been altered in a way that affects its merchantability, including but not limited to tampered serial numbers, unauthorized modifications, excessive wear, abuse, misuse, or compromised hygiene.

  • Upon inspection, the damage is determined to have resulted from causes other than product quality, including but not limited to accidental damage, improper use, liquid exposure, neglect, or force majeure events (including fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural disasters).

  • A valid proof of purchase cannot be provided, or the provided documentation is reasonably believed to be forged, altered, or fraudulent.

  • The product is returned without prior written authorization from Zuvi. In such cases, Zuvi assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage during transit.

  • After a return request has been approved, the product is not shipped back within 14 calendar days (based on the carrier’s acceptance scan). Failure to do so will be deemed a voluntary forfeiture of the return right.

4. Refund Process

Zuvi will inspect the returned item and process the refund request within 5 business days of receiving the return at our designated warehouse. Please monitor your email for updates and ensure that your contact information remains accurate and up to date.

Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping charges, shipping protection fees, duties, taxes, and other non-refundable service fees (if applicable) will not be refunded.

If a returned product shows excessive wear, abuse, misuse, intentional damage, unauthorized modification, or is missing components originally included in the package, Zuvi may reduce the refund amount to reflect the resulting loss in value. In cases of substantial non-compliance, Zuvi reserves the right to deny the refund request entirely.

Replacement Policy

1. Replacement Window

You may request a replacement within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. The delivery date is based on the carrier’s first recorded delivery attempt. For packages delivered to a locker or pickup point, the date is based on the system’s first recorded deposit.

2. Valid Replacement Scenarios & Terms

We are happy to accept your request for replacement service in any of the following circumstances:

  • The product has critical failures, manufacturing defects, or functionality issues.

  • The product arrives severely damaged and unusable, provided that sufficient supporting evidence issued by the carrier can be submitted to Zuvi.

  • Zuvi will provide a prepaid return shipping label for all approved replacement requests. Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Non-Replaceable Situations

Zuvi is unable to provide replacement service under any of the following circumstances:

  • The replacement request is submitted more than 30 calendar days after the recorded delivery date.

  • Color or Base cartridges contain less than 50% of their original contents, unless a manufacturing defect has been confirmed by Zuvi.

  • The returned product does not include the component requiring replacement, as specified by Zuvi.

  • Upon inspection, the fault or damage is determined to have resulted from causes other than product quality, including but not limited to drops, liquid spills, misuse, neglect, or force majeure events.

  • The product’s condition has been altered in a manner that affects its merchantability, including tampered serial numbers, unauthorized modifications, or hygiene-related concerns.

  • A valid proof of purchase cannot be provided, or the documentation submitted is reasonably believed to be forged, altered, or fraudulent.

  • The product is returned without prior written authorization from Zuvi. In such cases, Zuvi assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage during transit.

  • After a replacement request has been approved, the item is not shipped back within 14 calendar days (based on the carrier’s acceptance scan). Failure to do so will be deemed a voluntary forfeiture of the replacement right.
